Life Transitions (Early Adulthood, Career Shifts, Identity Development)

Hello, I’m Bradley C. McGinnis! I work with adolescents and adults, creating a space that feels both supportive and challenging, so that change is not only possible but sustainable.

I focus primarily on supporting individuals (age 12-60) navigating anxiety, trauma, OCD, emotional dysregulation, identity development, and relationship challenges. Many of the people I work with arrive feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, and uncertain of how to move forward.

Therapy can be a space to make sense of what you’re carrying, build resilience, and find a clearer direction, whether you’re going through something difficult or simply looking to grow.

My Approach as a Therapist

I approach therapy as a collaborative and active process where we work together to better understand your experiences and build meaningful change. My style is grounded in trauma-informed care, which means I prioritize safety, transparency, and respect for your pace throughout the process.

I draw heavily from ACT and DBT, helping clients develop practical skills to manage overwhelming emotions, increase psychological flexibility, and move toward a life that aligns with their values.

My goal is to create an environment where you feel both supported and empowered to challenge old patterns, navigate difficult experiences, and build lasting resilience.

How I Can Help You

My role as a therapist is to help clients better understand the patterns shaping their experiences while building concrete tools for coping, emotional regulation, and long-term growth.

I strive to create a therapeutic relationship that is authentic, collaborative, and grounded in trust, where clients can safely explore difficult experiences while developing greater confidence and resilience.

Therapeutic Approaches

  • Trauma-Informed Care
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
