Hello, I’m Jessica Krock! I focus on helping adolescents, adults, and couples build meaningful, values-driven lives through acceptance and evidence-based approaches.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I support clients in moving toward what matters most, even in the midst of pain, anxiety, or uncertainty.
I provide a compassionate, grounded space for people navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, life transitions, and other challenges, primarily using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which emphasizes mindfulness, psychological flexibility, and committed action.
My Approach as a Therapist
Within the therapeutic relationship, I am collaborative, relatable, flexible, and inclusive. I understand that everyone is an expert in their own experience and welcome your thoughts on what you need.
In our sessions together, I aim to build a “team-like” dynamic. I take both a nurturing and direct approach, showing patience throughout the treatment process and fostering a safe relationship with my clients.
I keep your goals and values in mind, helping you work toward the changes you desire and moving you closer toward a rich and meaningful life.
How I Can Help You
Before any work starts, I try to honor the huge step it takes to choose to engage in therapy and show up in that space. That alone shows trust in me, which I do not overlook.
Within the first session, I hope you will feel that the therapeutic space we can create is one based on safety and support. The first session will be mostly focused on getting to know each other and helping you get a better understanding of what it will be like to work together.
Throughout your therapy process, my goal is to help you cultivate a greater self-awareness, resilience, and a life that feels authentic and purposeful.
