Frequently Asked Questions

Is this workshop confidential?

Yes. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of our work. All participants agree to respect and protect the privacy of what’s shared. This helps create a safe, judgment-free space where couples can participate openly, without fear of personal information “leaving the room”.

If you prefer not to share or interact during the lecture portion, there will also be opportunities for private, one-on-one support.

What resources will I get in this workshop?

In addition to the weekly exercises and tools we’ll practice together, you’ll also receive a complete Gottman workshop manual and lifetime access to 8 hours of on-demand video from The Art and Science of Love Workshop, facilitated by Drs. John and Julie Gottman.

Can I attend the workshop alone if my partner doesn’t want to join?

Unfortunately, no. This workshop is designed to be interactive and experiential for couples, so both partners need to participate.

However, if you’re looking for support with your relationship and are willing to work individually, you can reach out to us about individual counseling options.
