Hi, I’m Lisa, and I believe in creating a safe space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered. I know that life can be overwhelming at times, and I’m here to support you.

After more than twenty years in advertising and marketing, I transitioned to counseling to help others navigate life’s challenges—because I’ve been there myself. My own experiences with career changes, personal transitions, and the complexities of mental health have deepened my understanding and empathy for those facing difficult times. And as a mom raising a teenage boy, I also understand the unique joys and struggles that come with parenting and family dynamics.

My approach is warm, client-centered, and tailored to your unique journey. I integrate evidence-based practices with genuine compassion, helping you navigate challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change.

Healing looks different for everyone, and I believe in working together to support your growth, self-awareness, and overall well-being. Whether you’re facing life transitions, stress, relationship struggles, or deeper emotional challenges, I’m here to help you find balance and fulfillment.

Let’s take this journey together.
