Absolutely. While it is ideal that everyone is present at one point in time, that isn’t always necessary. One person can affect change across the family, and there is a lot of flexibility in how we work depending on who is able to attend. If you are ready to get started, even by yourself, we would be happy to meet with you.
We offer teletherapy services, so we can offer confidential virtual sessions even if family members are not in the same location or can’t attend sessions in our office.
