FAQs On Family Therapy
I understand how busy life can get. We’re often overbooked with balancing different demands. But the lack of time can actually be a problem in and of itself. By committing to family therapy, you can show your loved ones that growing closer together is a priority that you are willing to make time for.
Change can start taking place as soon as you commit to a regular schedule. It doesn’t have to be a lengthy commitment, and you get to choose what we focus on throughout our work together. The important thing is to take the first step and dedicate yourself to finding solutions.
Absolutely. While it is ideal that everyone is present at one point in time, that isn’t always necessary. One person can affect change across the family, and there is a lot of flexibility in how we work depending on who is able to attend. If you are ready to get started, even by yourself, we would be happy to meet with you.
We offer teletherapy services, so we can offer confidential virtual sessions even if family members are not in the same location or can’t attend sessions in our office.
